In an era characterized by unpredictable, rapid change, the ability to discern and navigate becomes ever more crucial. This 120-minute session explores critically helpful navigation tools: Active Sensemaking & Liberating Structures. Active Sensemaking is a powerful method that makes it possible to capture the unique individual voices within an organization while at the same time uncovering the larger patterns of meaning generated by those individuals.
Spryng complements what is possible with Liberating Structures, by making it possible at scale to gather and make sense of the individual voices and the wisdom they offer to the whole, from a few dozen individuals to hundreds of thousands of participants.
By revealing the patterns around challenging issues while, at the same time, retaining the individual contexts, Active Sensemaking is an invaluable tool for facilitators in service to their client organizations.
Workshop participants will receive a helpful introduction to the theory behind Active Sensemaking, as well as a ‘real life’ experience of the methodology.
Born out of the pressing need for effective tools for navigating organization complexity, this workshop is carefully designed as a hands-on experience for facilitators who are committed to championing human-centered organizations.
