A plan that will help you get clear on what you need to do in order to succeed in your business. Your Business Plan together with the 3-year Financial Forecast you will prepare in class are all you need to apply for your business loan. Includes email support and one-on-one coaching as required.

All workshops are led by Nicole Clark, Nicole has been training and coaching small business owners and entrepreneurs for over 30 years and has guided the success of over 500 small businesses in the South Okanagan -Similkameen region and around British Columbia over the past 8 years.

You will receive a business plan template, a 3-year financial forecasting workbook, all slides, access to recordings of all sessions for review at your leisure, and many supporting handouts in each section.
