About our guest speaker: Sam Attwood, Lecturer in Software Engineering
Sam Attwood is a researcher interested in using natural language processing to tap into the potential of self-published materials related to secure software engineering, and ultimately providing tooling to help others do the same.
Additionally, he's keen to explore how his research could be applied in related areas (e.g., responsible AI). Alongside Sam's research, he frequently works with organisations and individuals to help them build their advanced digital skills.
Previously, Sam worked as a Software Developer in industry and led technical teams as a part of the ERDF Greater Manchester Cyber and AI Foundry projects.
