A full moon ritual with powerful Kundalini yoga, energy work and circling, diving into the depths of Scorpio energy.

Join this virtual Full Moon Gathering led by spiritual mentor, channel and healer Emma Rosen.

You will be led through a short Kundalini yoga practice suitable for the energy of the full moon in Scorpio, followed by dedicated energy work, journaling, guided visualisations and other activities to harness the energy of Scorpio, and to create a space to let go of that which is ready to be released.

Scorpio is known for it's depth, it's close relationship with the darkness or the shadow, and with death. We should always remember, though, that holding the darker side opens us up to the light in greater ways, and with death comes rebirth!

We will work with the release of old patterns of thought, and action to replace with our intentional direction and energy. We are able to hold space for our experience, and with awareness choose where to direct our next steps.

This will be a loving, intimate experience that we share to come as we are, to give ourselves space to see ourselves, and to give and receive in the way we feel called to.
