Inequities of LGBTQ+ Pelvic Floor PT and Why it Matters for Clinicians
In this 3 hour seminar, you will learn the basics of pelvic floor rehabilitation, the ways it can specifically serve LGBTQ+ patients, and how the current medical system is missing the mark. Pelvic floor therapists have a unique position to work collaboratively with mental health care professionals to provide affirming and inclusive care for all gender and sexual minorities. To learn more about how clinicians can create more supportive environments for queer and trans people seeking care, and better understand where pelvic floor PT fits into the puzzle, sign up for this workshop.
