Kanban System Design (KSD)
NextUp’s Kanban System Design (KSD) training is a highly interactive two-day class accredited by Kanban University that helps students excel at designing and implementing Kanban systems. Students will become familiar with the fundamentals of Kanban by participating in an engaging and collaborative board game in which teams will compete to maximize value by optimizing workflow. The class, which includes elements of lecture and classroom discussion, will challenge students to develop and refine their own Kanban plan to drive decisions and improve work performance.

Certification
Upon completion of the class, students will receive a certificate of completion. In order to receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential, students must complete the second course in the Kanban University foundations track: Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI).
