🚀 Challenge rules

Eligibility: Anyone who is 18 years of age or older can participate. Ilaria Academy employees and their families are not eligible. Minors can participate with parental permission.

Registration: Participants must register via the online form. A valid email address is required for registration.

Duration: The challenge starts on a specified date and has a fixed duration of 4 weeks. We offer several challenges per year.

Submission: Your production must be hosted online and accessible publicly. A link to your work, along with a short summary, must be submitted via our online portal before the end date of the challenge.

Evaluation: The platforms will be evaluated according to their functionality, their design, their originality and their compliance with the brief. A public vote on social media will account for 30% of the final grade.

Challenge repetition: The same challenge can take place several times a year. Once registered and having participated on a specific date, participants can no longer register again with the same project/code to hope to win the reward a second time.

Reward: The winner will receive €500, payable by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment will be made within 30 days after the winner is announced.

Intellectual Property: Participants retain the rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant Ilaria Academy the right to promote and present their platform for marketing purposes.

Integrity and Plagiarism: All work submitted must be original. Any participant found guilty of plagiarism will be immediately disqualified.

Collaboration: Participants can work alone or in teams of up to two people. Each team member needs to be registered individually.

Modification of the Rules: Ilaria Academy reserves the right to change the rules at any time if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes.
