Managing Demands and Saying No - A free online seminar

Fri, 26 Apr 2024 12:00:00 GMT → Fri, 26 Apr 2024 13:00:00 GMT (d=1 hours, 0 seconds)

About This Session

In this online seminar, we explore the thorny issue of managing the demands on our time. In many workplaces it feels like there's a potentially infinite amount of work. To succeed, we need to understand and manage the demands that are placed on us so that we spend our effort on what matters. To do this we need to learn to prioritize, say no when appropriate and manage our own boundaries. This seminar will explore these challenges and share insights on how we can all improve.

As always, our seminars are fast paced and engaging and include theory, practical application and top tips so you can not only learn the content, but start to bring it to life in your own world of work.

This session is completely free, but if you'd like to make a donation to support these sessions, you're welcome to do so by selecting a "donation" ticket and contributing what you wish.
