As a serial entrepreneur, Chris developed a best practice method of building high performance advisory boards for his own companies, which he then applied as an Operating Partner for Alpine investors, a middle-market values-based private equity firm in San Francisco. Chris was a lead director for six portfolio companies and led their sale processes, resulting in $1B+ in cumulative exits. He formed The ABplatform a year ago to create a platform that offers the talent, support, and tools necessary to create high performing Advisory Boards. If we can use these best practices everywhere, we can dramatically improve the success rate of start-ups.
