The NEXTGEN Network exists to provide information to our new Southern Baptist pastors and leaders in California. Navigating the complexities of the Southern Baptist Convention can be difficult for those new to the ministry, so SBC leaders have come together to make this easier. The network is led by RJ McCauley, Stephen Jones, and Josh Sanchez.
