About the Trainer: Sabra Starnes, LCSW, RPT-S

Sabra Starnes, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor since 2015, and has been an Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Ohio for the past 23 years. As the Founder of Next Place Therapy Services, she specializes in working with clients aged 3-16 and their families, on adoption, school refusal, school challenges, anxiety, depression and social emotinal challenges.

Beyond her professional role, Sabra enjoys a well-balanced life with activities like playing with her grandchildren, swimming, travel, comedy shows, and indulging in romantic docuseries on Netflix. With over a decade of experience, Sabra brings passion and expertise to play therapy, offering a dynamic learning experience reflecting her commitment to professional growth and personal fulfillment.
