The Drama Triangle and Psychological Games
In this workshop, we will be introducing the concept of psychological games through the use of Karpman's Drama Triangle. Psychological Games can be thought of as a series/pattern of predictable interactions between people that refinforce the players' feelings about themselves, others and/or the world. Psychological Games can be easily analysed using the Drama Triangle.
We hope these workshops will be an engaging and interactive experience where everyone can be involved in the learning - please feel free to bring along any questions, curiosities and ideas about what you might like to get out of each session.
Part of the Liminal Space TA Theory Series
