Heaven Hill Distilleries is an American family-owned and operated distillery company headquartered in the "Bourbon Capital of the World", Bardstown, Kentucky. It also has the second-largest bourbon inventory aging in warehouses anywhere in the world.

This is an Advanced look into three different Legacy lines of Whiskey named after Legends in the industry from decades ago by Heaven Hill. You will learn about and taste many brands in Heaven Hill's Flagship line of Evan Williams Bourbons and Evan Williams Flavored Whiskeys. You will then learn about and taste brands of another Legacy line named after "A Stickler for Sanitation and Aging" in the Henry McKenna line of Bourbons as well as an older brand named Echo Springs.

You will finish the class with the Super Premium line of Elijah Craig Bourbons and Whiskeys. At this tasting you will sample; some of Evan Williams 20 different varieties including Evan Williams Black Label, Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch, some of Evan Williams 7 flavored whiskeys including Evan Williams Peach Whiskey and Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage. The middle flight includes two of the three Henry McKenna brands from McKenna Table Whiskey or McKenna Sour Mash and finish Henry McKeena Bottled-in-Bond 10 Year-old Single Barrel.

In the final flight will also experience the Bourbons and Whiskeys named after the "Father of Bourbon" Elijah Craig Small Batch, you will learn about and taste Elijah Craig Barrel Proof or Elijah Craig Rye and finish the night with an unbelievable Elijah Craig 18 Year-old Single Barrel.
