Subscriptions, Direct Sales, and more are helping authors build business outside of the publishers and take control of their careers. But it’s not that simple to succeed in the new age of publishing. You also need a new mindset, one based on sustainability, on building a strong foundation, on becoming a sovereign author. It’s those tips and insights, and ultimately frameworks to living a better life as an author, that I’ll be giving you in this talk.
