Hello Wonderful being!

This monthly group is all about nourishing your creativity and deepening your connection to nature. In April we'll explore the theme of renewal. In preparation, I invite you to give this simple optional ecotherapy exercise a try:

✨️ Go outdoors, look out of your window or sit with your house plants. What do you see being re-born around you? Take a moment to notice, what is being renewed within you.

Record your reflections any way you like - write them down, draw or photograph what you find, get creative with it!

Is the group for me: Is the outdoors key to your resilience? Do you feel called to nature? Does the earth hold you in times of pain and hardship?

What would it feel like to share your unique and powerful nature-connection with others, in a safe, creative space?

What to expect: Come together with likeminded souls, learn creative techniques for deepening your nature-connection and share ideas, inpsiration, resources and anything else that helps you feel connected to the outdoors.

Leaders: You will be held by Art Therapist and Ecotherapist Izzy Savege. Some months we will be joined by an inspiring nature-connected guest who will lead the session's main activity.

Tickets: Tickets cost £13. There are also a limited number of 'pay what you can' tickets per month for those who cannot pay the full amount.
