Whether you are reading Tarot, or feeling like an intuitive hit has popped into your head, sometimes you’re left wondering — is this coming from my mind, or my intuition?

Honing in on what a yes and no feels like to you can really help clarify the message, and create a new way of communicating with your higher self / guides / The Universe.

We can inquire with our higher selves through simple yes and no’s (although there are also the ‘not yets’, maybe’s etc as well!) — this simpler interaction can act as a foundation to the conversation we have with our inner voice and higher selves, and build a relationship with our intuition.

In this class, we will:

• Begin with a psychic centers clearing meditation
• Be guided through exercises that explores what a ‘yes’ and a ‘no’ may feel or be sensed for you specifically
• Practice ‘yes’ or ‘no’ statements about your own life
• Provide tips & strategies on how to practice in your daily life

And of course I will answer any questions you may have.

All are welcome! This class is on Zoom and open to anyone with an interest in intuition development.

For those unable to attend live, a replay will be provided.

Bonnie Ho Gabaeff is a Tarot & Energy Reader, and facilitator at The Journey Circle, a place that supports sensitive, curious souls in their journeys towards self-discovery, healing and wholeness through Tarot, meditation and beyond.
