We're delighted to welcome you to our flower class! Here's what you should keep in mind:

Each class includes a bucket brimming with beautiful blooms. You'll also receive a bag containing your vase, a list of the included blooms, and any necessary additional items. To prepare for the class, we kindly ask you to fill your vase with water and have a pair of clippers at hand. Don't worry if you encounter one or two unusable blooms; we've factored in some extras in our calculations, ensuring you'll still have more than enough to create a stunning arrangement.

In the rare event that a prominent flower in the design presents an issue, we can arrange for a replacement flower to be available for pick-up at our studio the following day.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop will not be conducted via Instagram Live. It will exclusively be available on our YouTube channel as a pre-recorded class. You can easily access the videos by clicking the 'Workshops' tab on our website.

If you opt for "Delivery," our drivers will bring your bucket to your doorstep at least an hour before the class starts. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific morning or time-specific deliveries.

If you choose "Pick up," you're welcome to come to our studio to collect your bucket anytime between 8 AM and 4 PM on the day of the workshop only. No other pick-up days will be available. If your bucket remains uncollected for 24 hours after the workshop, and we haven't heard from you, it will be donated to a local women's shelter.

Should something come up and you're unable to attend the class, please notify us with at least 7 days' notice. We'd be happy to transfer you to a future workshop. Unfortunately, if a cancellation is made within 7 days, we won't be able to facilitate a transfer.
